Q:	Do you have any documentation on how the Eurex Repo client software runs and/or what it does technically speaking?

A:

In summary, the Eurex Repo client application:

is a stand-alone Java application (i.e. runs outside the browser) and therefore requires installation of the Java Runtime Environment provided by Eurex Repo.
it does not write to the local PC's disk except for the user profile and trace/log files.
does not amend any Registry settings. It uses an .INI file to configure settings, since this is portable across different operating systems.

Q:	Which Operating Systems are supported?

Q:	I cannot access the Secure Eurex Repo Page to download software, etc. (the browser displays a message similar to "The page cannot be displayed...")

Q:	What should be done in case of the following Message: "Your system's time is 3600 seconds behind the Repo server time! Please adjust it to be within 300 seconds."

Q:	I can start the Trading Client GUI, but cannot access the on-line help or the statistics page (the browser displays a message similar to "The page cannot be displayed...")

Q:	The Trading Client GUI dies after waking up the computer when a screensaver is installed.

USP Proxy

Q:	Can I download the Repo software using a USP Proxy?

Q:	Can we change where the logs from the Trading Client GUI are written to?
