Q:  I can start the Trading Client GUI, but cannot access the on-line help or the statistics page (the browser displays a message similar to "The page cannot be displayed...")


A:  If you normally use a proxy server with your web browser, you must disable the proxy server for the Eurex Repo websites. To do this, check the following settings in your Browser:

  • For Microsoft Internet Explorer, use the Tools | Internet Options | Connections tab.
Ensure that the following address is added to the list of exceptions: *.pn.swx, *.ps.swx (or if you are using a USP Proxy, simply add the IP address / hostname of the USP Proxy).
