| Q: | I cannot access the Secure Eurex Repo Page to download software, etc. (the browser displays a message similar to "The page cannot be displayed...") |
| A: | Firstly you need to check that the Cisco VPN connection is running on the PC (for Membertest or Production as appropriate). Assuming this is OK, the problem is most likely caused by use of a proxy server. You need to add the Secure Eurex Repo Pages to the list of Proxy Server exceptions (see FAQ I can start the Trading Client GUI, but cannot access the on-line help or the statistics page the browser displays a message similar to "The page cannot be displayed..."). |
