Participation

All banks and financial service providers fulfilling the following prerequisites may participate:

• Credit institution or investment firm according to the definition set forth in Art. 1 Paragraph 1 and 2 and Art 4 Paragraph 1 of the Council Directive on markets for financial instruments 2004/39/EG ("MiFID")
• Participation in the clearing process of Eurex Clearing
• Participation in the Collateral Management Services (Xemac and/or CmaX) of Clearstream Banking
• Settlement arrangements with Clearstream Banking SA, Luxembourg and/or Clearstream Banking AG, Frankfurt
